Matching Time Grants

Century Link supports the work employees are doing in the community. The Century Link Foundation will match your volunteer hours at eligible 501(c) (3) programs, public and nonprofit schools, and government entities with a monetary contribution.

Individual Participants

  • To qualify, you must be a full-time employee.
  • Employees must volunteer 40 hours in a consecutive six-month period.
  • Employees may receive one grant every six months.

Group Participants:

  • To qualify, ten or more full-time employees must volunteer 8 or more hours each.
  • Employee groups must volunteer a minimum of 80 hours per group in a consecutive six-month period.
  • Employee groups may receive one grant every six months

The Century Link Foundation will match individual and group volunteer activity at eligible organizations with a monetary contribution of $500. Volunteerism that directly advances classroom success (i.e. tutoring) and student education is eligible to receive a $1,000 grant.

Once you have completed your volunteer service submit the matching time grant application. When entering the online submission application, you will be required to establish a Century Link Foundation Grant application account. Once you establish this account, you will be able to submit a grant application, save a pending application to be submitted later, or check the status of a previously submitted request.
